The Vice President, Human Resource Operations will design enterprise-wide programs and implement systems that support streamlined operations, efficiency and accountability in the following functional HR areas;HR OperationsHRIS systems management; includes the maintenance of accurate and secure systems. HR support and administrative services; utilizing a blended approach of in-house, self-service and externally managed cost effective day to day HR services.Compensation & BenefitsThe design and management of value-added benefit programs. Management of all systems necessary to manage those programs. Management of vendors and broker relations.Employment PracticesDevelop workplace rules and policies based on sound employment practices. Compliance with federal and state regulations and work rule complianceEmployee RelationsEmployee relations advocacy and the management and resolution of employment practices liability matters. Management of in-house and external legal teams.
